What the Reveal Is Actually Like (The Best Part of Your Session)
Everyone asks about the session.
Almost nobody asks about the reveal.
Which is funny, because that's the part women actually remember.
YOU SEE THEM WITH ME
Your reveal is its own appointment — in the studio, or over Zoom if that's easier.
You don't get a link dumped in your inbox to scroll through alone at midnight. We look at them together.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS
Most women go quiet first.
Then: "is that me?" Out loud. Usually more than once.
I've watched women cry. I've watched women laugh at themselves for ever being nervous when the results were so good. I've watched a woman look at a photo for a full minute without saying anything, and then say "I forgot I looked like that."
They're never looking at what they expected to look at. They came in worried about their stomach, their arms, the thing they've been apologizing for since they were fifteen. And then they see the whole picture, and that thing isn't even in the room anymore.
They see themselves the way the people who love them already do. And I love being a part of that experience. It’s why I do this!
LET'S TALK ABOUT THE OTHER THING
Some women hesitate to book because of what they think boudoir is.
Here's what it isn't.
It isn't dirty. It isn't for anyone else (although in my experience husbands don’t mind you booking boudoir, lol). It isn't something you should feel embarrassed about wanting.
It's a woman in a private studio with an all-female team, being photographed beautifully, and getting to see the result. That's it. That's the whole thing.
Nobody blinks at a woman spending money on a haircut, a massage, a vacation. This is the same impulse — take care of yourself, spend an afternoon being looked after — with something permanent at the end of it.
WHY IT'S THE BEST PART
You booked the session to get photos.
At the reveal you find out that wasn't really the point.
The point is the ten minutes where you sit there and see yourself clearly, maybe for the first time in years, and realize you've been wrong about yourself this whole time.
That part you get to keep.
